Motion diagrams follow the character's facing direction. Button colors remain consistent across the full roster; “Variant” rows inherit the parent move's input.
Berserker rushdown
Wolverine is a direct close-range bully built around earning the Berserker buff, spending it on an enhanced Unique mix-up, and routing the next combo back into Berserker.
Starter game plan
- Land a Berserker Claw sequence to activate the red Berserker state before taking a larger offensive risk.
- Spend the buff on Berserker Dive, Finish, or Sweep to force a high-low decision and learn a conversion for each launch position.
- End the conversion by restoring Berserker whenever damage will not kill, keeping Wolverine's pressure loop active.
Key tools
Starts the character's central Unique sequence and enables the stronger follow-ups after a successful hit.
Provide overhead and low branches; their buffed launches require different combo pickups.
An armored branch that challenges opponents trying to mash through the visible Unique sequence.
A strong cross-up and approach button, but it must be timed late enough to connect consistently.
Lab note: The unbuffed Unique sequence has interruptible branches, and some cross-up Skills are punishable. Wolverine is simple to start, but reckless autopilot still loses to mashing and blocks.
